    A preview is offered before printing. Choose it if you’d like to accept your artwork or request reasonable artistic changes.

    Your artwork is printed on your chosen product, then sent to you. Production and delivery follow artwork preparation.

What kind of photo should I use?
Use a sharp, well-lit photo with your horse’s face clearly visible. Head and neck photos work well. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters and objects covering the face. If you’re unsure, email us before ordering.
How do I choose my phone model?
Enter the brand and exact model in the phone-model field, including Plus, Pro, Max or Ultra where relevant. Check it in your phone’s settings if you’re unsure. For an unusual or newly released model, contact us to confirm availability before ordering.
Can I see the artwork before it is printed?
Yes. Select “Yes” for “Preview before printing” when personalising. Previews are generally available in 1–3 days after we have a usable photo and your instructions; this is an estimate, not a guarantee. You can accept the preview or request reasonable artistic changes within your chosen style and original instructions. If you choose “No”, your artwork can go to production without waiting for your approval.
Can I add a name, date or message?
Open “Optional details” on a personalised phone case to see the separate name, date/text and notes controls. Check spelling carefully. Available options can vary by product.
Where do you deliver?
Delivery depends on the product and destination. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability. Standard shipping is free for supported combinations. Artwork preparation, production and transport are separate stages, so allow extra time for a personalised gift.
