What you receive
A physical phone case personalised with a portrait of your horse in your selected style.
The artwork
Your artwork is printed onto the case. One horse is included; additional horses carry the charge shown in the form.
Your phone model
Enter the exact brand and model, including Pro, Plus, Max or Ultra. The pictured devices are examples; the case shape and camera opening depend on your model. Ask us about unusual or newly released models before ordering.

How ordering works

    Choose your product options, upload your photo and add any artistic instructions.

  2. 2. Your artwork

    We prepare your portrait in the selected style. If you choose a preview, you can review it before printing.

  3. 3. Printed for you

    Your artwork is printed onto your chosen product, then sent to your delivery address.

Preview & delivery questions

Can I see the artwork before printing?

Yes—select Yes in the preview option if you would like to review your artwork. Previews are generally available in 1–3 days after we have a usable photo and your instructions. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline. Selecting No lets us proceed without waiting for your approval. If you choose a preview, please approve it or request reasonable artistic changes within 48 hours of receiving the preview email. If we receive no response within that period, we treat the artwork as approved and may send it to production. The email will clearly state the deadline and this consequence. This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty or does not match your order.

Can I request changes?

If you request a preview, reasonable artistic changes within your chosen style and original instructions are included. Contact us if you want to change the source photo, style or original brief. Please check the spelling of any names and text before ordering.

How do production and delivery work?

Artwork preparation and any preview review happen before production. Production and transport take additional time. Delivery depends on the product and destination; available shipping options appear at checkout.

Where can this case be shipped?

Free standard shipping is available to all EU countries, Norway, Switzerland, the UK and the USA, with an optional tracked upgrade at checkout. Canada includes tracking at no extra charge. Tracking does not guarantee faster delivery. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability.
