Preview & delivery questions
Can I see the artwork before printing?
Yes—select Yes in the preview option if you would like to review your artwork. Previews are generally available in 1–3 days after we have a usable photo and your instructions. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline. Selecting No lets us proceed without waiting for your approval. If you choose a preview, please approve it or request reasonable artistic changes within 48 hours of receiving the preview email. If we receive no response within that period, we treat the artwork as approved and may send it to production. The email will clearly state the deadline and this consequence. This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty or does not match your order.
Can I request changes?
If you request a preview, reasonable artistic changes within your chosen style and original instructions are included. Contact us if you want to change the source photo, style or original brief. Please check the spelling of any names and text before ordering.
How do production and delivery work?
Artwork preparation and any preview review happen before production. Production and transport take additional time. Delivery depends on the product and destination; available shipping options appear at checkout.
